FIRST AID FIELD KIT

$90.00

The FINAL RISE First Aid Field kits are a collaboration between ourselves and Paradigm Sporting Dog. This dog specific field kit was compiled by Dr. Clairissa Maples, who is not only a passionate wing-shooter and hunter, but an experienced DVM.

This Field Kit is specifically designed to cover what's needed to properly care for an injured dog in the field and safely get them to a vet in the best condition possible. Leveraging our MOLLE compatible pouches, this pouch will securely attach to each FINAL RISE vest system as well as other 3rd party MOLLE compatible vests and products.

This kit comes preassembled, inside the cordura pouch, and ready to use, utilizing the same premium components used by Dr. Maples herself in her own kit and practices.

Sizing Guide

There's no one size fits all approach when it comes to comfort and function. Lucky for you, we've loaded the FINAL RISE System with some simple yet innovative features that allow you to ensure a custom tailored fit. All you need to do is simply select your waist size during checkout and apply the steps outlined in this video to dial in how your vest feels so you can set it, forget and go hunt.

NOTE - We have already factored in layering. Do not size up if your measurements fall within the specified numbers below.

Measuring Midsection For Belt Size:

Using a soft measuring tape, loop the tape behind your lower back, just above your bum, and wrap around to the front, just below the navel. Pair the size/measurement obtained with our sizing for optimal fit. This will ensure the belt sits below the waist on the hips, which will carry the most comfortably.

If you are up the upper end of a belt size, and you'd prefer to have the shell pockets sitting more forward, we recommend sizing up to the next belt size.

Measuring Torso Harness Size:

Using a soft measuring tape, measure from the bony bump on the back of your neck (C7 Vertebrae) to the top of your bum crack. Pair this measurement with the Torso size range on the product pages.

If you are a gentleman or woman with a larger chest area, please opt for the regular harness. This provides the additional length needed as the straps come over the chest area

If you are right at 20", we recommend the regular harness as this will allow the sternum strap to sit low and ensure an open shoulder pocket for a clean gun mount.

Worried? Leave a Note:

If for any reason you’re worried about your measurements being wrong, please note your height and weight in the order notes at checkout.

From here, we will ensure we send you what we feel will fit the very best and provide the most comfortable and function out of your vest. If we get it wrong, we’ll always make it right.

Great product at a fair price!

No easier way to carry most of the essentials for field injuries, and accidents. Great piece of mind and a great pouch gives you many options for mounting it to your final rise vest!

Product and Service - Outstanding

I have bought a four items from Final Rise and each one is high quality. The Field Kit is the same - wonderful. I had problems (I am an idiot) on how to attach and they sent me a video in a very kind way. I wish they made more gear. Great company!!!!

Compact and Solid

The compact size is nice and it has a solid amount of first aid supplies to cover general needs in the field. Nothing is perfect in the field but this seems to cover a lot of the bases.

It’s a good start but needs a few tweaks.

It’s a good start but could use the experience of a combat and street Medic and avid outdoorsman. 1. Replaced the dressing shears for light weight trauma shears. 2. Replaced the entire bottle of un-needed Benadryl for 4 smaller/lighter form factor individual packets. 3. Shrink wrapped the honey/energy packets because who wants that mess. 4. Replaced the large 5ounce bottle of saline flush with 4 smaller/lighter form factor Individual ampules. 5. Added 1x RAT tourniquet which combat has proven to be the absolute best for K9. 6. Added 4 packets of Sting/burn ease, if you know than you know. 6. Added 2 packets of hypoallergenic WetOnes for cleanup. 7. Added 2x4 shrink wrapped trauma pad because sometimes 3x4 gauze pads just don’t cut it. 8. Added a sterile and shrink wrapped medical grade wound closure stapler because sometimes the further away from the truck you are the worse things get. 9. Added a package of flat duct tape because every med kit needs waterproof tape. Hope this is helpful for future iterations or those needing just a little bit more and lighter setups. Cheers.

Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge with us! I'm sure more than a few folks will appreciate the different ideas in there for their own personal setups.
