Final Rise Vest & Accessories:

FINAL RISE stands behind their products. Any manufacturer's defect or workmanship within a 2 year period, from date in purchase, will be repaired on us. No questions asked.

Outside of the normal warranty perimeters (normal wear and tear, abuse and negligence, etc.) we will happily repair or replace whatever is needed for a fair and reasonable price, plus shipping. 

Proof of original ownership must be provided to receive warranty work on our behalf.

Final Rise Technical Field Clothing:

Final Rise products have a 1 year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, accidents, loss, theft, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage, or negligence. Additionally, lower pant wear due to pants being worn too long by customer are also not covered.

Proof of original ownership must be provided to receive warranty work on our behalf. Warranty is non-transferable.

Note: Tears, punctures, burns, and damage from dogs or barbedwire are not covered under warranty. Additionally, tears, stains, discoloration, fabric fading over time of use, pilling, punctures, and burns are not classified as defects in materials.

Returns

Vest:

Because each vest is custom built to order, we can only accept the return of un-used products. If upon opening the box it seems it may not work for you, please contact us to help you. If it ends up not being something that will work, we're happy to take it back it its new and unused condition.

Upon receiving the returned product, you will be refunded the cost of the vest, less the return shipping, if we've provided the return label.

Technical Field Clothing:

Clothing must be in new condition for returns to be accepted. Any clothing worn in the field will not be accepted as a return for a refund.

Exchanges

Final Rise Vests & Technical Clothing:

If an exchange in size, color, etc. is required, please reach out to support@finalrise.com. Coverage of exchange shipping costs may be covered by customer.

Returns or exchanges received without contacting Final Rise prior will be returned to sender at their expense.
