Build Your Final Rise VestAll Function. No Fluff.
I have had many upland vests over the years. I bought the Summit vest with some accessories last summer and hunted with it all last season. It is by far the best upland vest I have ever owned or available on the market.
The vest is very adjustable to get a proper fit and carries the weight on your hips, so it takes the weight off your shoulders. It has a large game bag that easily fits a limit of chukars or pheasants. The large shell pockets hold plenty of shells and other items. The two water bottle holders along with the bladder pocket allow you to carry plenty water for you and your dogs. The jacket lashes are a great way to carry your jacket when needed. The D rings work great to hang your dog collar controller. It also has many small pockets inside the game bag and on the shell pockets to separate misc. small items. The best part is that it is made in the USA.
I recently purchased the Summit XT vest for my brother for his birthday. It appears to be even better being made with tougher material, comes standard with jacket lashes and has magnetic shell pocket closures.
Get this vest. You will not regret it.
I just received my new Summit XT vest in the mail and couldn't be happier. I currently have been sporting the Summit Turkey vest and have been pleased, but figured. Why not have two? Looking forward to this fall and using the new vest with hunter orange. Super pleased with the quality and workmanship of both vests.
I've been upland bird hunting for over 30 years and after researching all the available products, I chose Final Rise. Why? Because no one makes upland hunting equipment better than a seasoned upland hunter. I called Matt and it was immediately apparent he's a die hard. While there are lots of good brands out there, you won't go wrong knowing a quality, American Made, hunting vest was made by someone who actually hunts. Far too common to have businesses making products they don't have any real experience in. Support bird hunters. Buy Final Rise. - Dale
I’ve own pretty much every high end strap vest. Finally “pun intended” found a rig that does what I need it to. I purchased probably one of the first 100 that Matt sewed. I was sold right away on the hip belt. Then the D-rings that allow for off shoulder attachment points. Last if need arises you can get an injured dog out of the field. Stop looking and buy this all USA 🇺🇸 product.
If you’ve spent any time at all looking at Final Rise and this product in particular, you’re already aware these guys are exceptionally passionate about upland bird hunting and providing the best product available to elevate your experience afield.
This vest is everything it needs to be and very well thought out to ensure a lightweight yet durable system. The result is simplistic, easy to use, and meets all of my use cases whether hunting flat lands or technical terrain. I truly view this as a one-size-fits-all design to meet all of my upland hunting needs.
When you think of the most critical piece of equipment in upland hunting, you may think of your dog, your gun, and bird vest. With that in mind I’ve hunted with mine every time I have loaded my dog to chase birds, from Chukars, Himalayan snowcock, ptarmigan, quail, and etc.
to say it’s holding up to the abuse from being that critical piece is an understatement, I can’t say enough good things about the feel, and functionality the Final Rise team put their heart into this and it shows
Keep sending out quality products sourced and made in the USA 🇺🇸
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I received the sidekick system about a month ago and wore it for the first time today. The Arizona opening of dove season. This is the most comfortable, practical vest I have ever worn. I packed in two boxes of shells and two bottles of water with some food and extras. The vest carried so well I didn’t even feel the weight. And I walked over 2 miles in the desert heat to our spot. Carried back a limit of birds too. Best vest system I have worn in my 50 years of bird hunting.
I've used all kinds of upland vests on the market and the Final Rise Summit is far away the best out there. From the chukar hills of Oregon and Idaho to the cut corn and CRP of South Dakota, this vest is the best investment I've made when it comes to comfort and function. I can pack for a full day in the mountains, and carry my vet kit, shells, layers, and still have room for limits! Can't thank Matt and the folks at Final Rise enough for making great gear.
When you're serious about running dogs and chasing wild birds, you don't have time to worry about your gear. It needs to show up on every hunt and perform as required. Having confidence in your gear is worth every penny. You're also supporting a diehard American Made company that's created their products based on experience and passion. Not just another brand making a product because they have sewing machines.
From the Grouse woods of the Great Lakes to the Deserts of Arizona, The Summit System is my go-to vest. I've worn just about all of them, and Final Rise is far and above my favorite. The devil is in the details when it comes to technical equipment. Whether it's the little things, like easily being able to slide water bottles in and out, or having attachment points in the correct places, all the way to having a vest that holds up to 100+ days in the field, year after year. That's saying something. If you ever have a question or run into an issue, knowing you can easily get a hold of somebody who cares and backs their product is worth its weight in gold.
